About the Role
 

As our Innovation Integration Specialist, you will lead the integration of cutting-edge technologies, such as AI, machine learning, automation, and other emerging innovations, into our operational processes. Your expertise in practical technology implementation, advanced analytics, and requirement writing will bridge the gap between technical capabilities and business objectives. This dynamic role combines strategic planning, hands-on implementation, and continuous learning and advocacy for innovative technologies. Each day offers a blend of collaborative work, technical assessments, and opportunities to drive significant improvements in operational efficiency and effectiveness.
 

Responsibilities

  • Serving as a champion for innovation, educating and inspiring others about the potential benefits while critically evaluating existing and new technology solutions for suitability across various use cases.

  • Collaborating with business stakeholders to write requirements and bridge the gap between technical needs and business objectives.

  • Implementing innovative tools and technologies, including AI, automation, and more, within the company’s operational framework.

  • Maintaining an up-to-date understanding of the technology landscape to inform decision-making and strategy development.

  • Ensuring technology implementations comply with company restrictions and regulatory environments.

  • Utilizing advanced analytics to derive actionable insights and improve decision-making processes.

  • Extracting and merging data from multiple databases, generate analytics, and create comprehensive reports on KPIs.


Requirements

  • Demonstrate proficiency in advanced analytics, data management, and deriving actionable insights.

  • Hands-on experience in developing and automating test scripts, bots, and workflows to streamline operations and boost efficiency, combined with prior expertise in creating AI-driven chatbots, virtual assistants, and utilizing AI tools such as Copilot 365 and ChatGPT.

  • Experience working with stakeholders to collect and analyze data, develop recommendations, and deliver data-driven solutions.

  • Demonstrate thinker with excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to convey technical concepts in an understandable manner.

  • Have experience with innovative technology projects and tools such as AWS ecosystem, SQL, and Python.

  • Experience with Salesforce, Planview PPM Pro, JIRA, DocuSign, Confluence and Sharepoint.

  • Have broad technical understanding across various methodologies, platforms, tools, and languages.

  • Previous experience of working in an agile environment and using recognized development methodology, e.g., Agile, SCRUM, and KANBAN.
