Purpose of the Role:
Full ownership of the HPE Business Unit, including P&L responsibility, commercial strategy, vendor relationship management, and business development. The role involves working closely with both internal teams and HPE to drive profitable growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and execute the BU strategy in alignment with company goals.
Manage commercial and sales relationships with HPE and key stakeholders.
Lead pricing and profitability strategies in collaboration with optimization teams.
Drive business development initiatives, including onboarding of new vendors.
Oversee the full product and vendor lifecycle, ensuring system accuracy and contract compliance.
Coordinate quarterly business planning and execution with HPE.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience working with HPE and deep understanding of the IT channel ecosystem.
Strong commercial acumen and analytical mindset.
Fluent English, both written and spoken.
People management experience, with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strategic planning and business case development capabilities.
Proficiency in SAP R3, Business Warehouse, and Microsoft Office tools.
Experience working in matrix organizations and fast-paced environments.
