Caterpillar’s Industrial Power Systems Division has an opening for a Customer Services Coordinator in Louisville, KY.   In this role, you will serve as first level Perkins management point of contact (POC) for all US Customer Service escalations regarding Customer Service team member issues, distributor issues and parts issues.


What You Will Do:

  • Order management, input to delivery

  • New account set up, onboard training, and system navigation

  • Product catalogue management

  • Temporary / Contingency team member onboard training / setup and system access

  • Team support and coverage for absences

  • North American sales team support

  • Manage office supplies for office and team members

  • Order system updates and management
