About the Role

Responsible for end‑to‑end analytics, including customer segmentation and targeting for DM campaigns, campaign data extraction and delivery, performance monitoring of campaigns and analytical models, and continuous optimization and model development.

[담당 업무]

1. Customer Segmentation & Targeting Analytics

- Develop customer segments based on behavioral, transactional, product, coverage and channel data

- Define campaign eligibility and exclusion rules

- Prioritize target customers using customer value (LTV), risk indicators, and response propensity

- Design and manage control groups and test groups for campaign experimentation

2. Campaign Data Extraction & Delivery

- Extract and deliver campaign target lists to execution channels

- Ensure accuracy and completeness of target data before campaign launch

- Coordinate with marketing, CRM, and channel teams to meet campaign timelines

- Support ad-hoc data requests related to campaign execution

- Ensure compliance with data privacy, consent, and regulatory requirements

3. Campaign & analytics model performance monitoring

- Define and track campaign KPIs (response rate, conversion rate, uplift, ROI, churn impact)

- Analyze campaign performance at various levels for improvement

- Conduct post-campaign analysis and effectiveness reviews

- Produce dashboards and reports for stakeholders

4. Continuous Optimization & Analytics Model development

- Identify opportunities to improve targeting logic and segmentation strategies

- Develop Analytics model to improve sales performance

- Collaborate with data science teams on predictive models and advanced analytics when required

- Recommend data-driven improvements to campaign strategy and execution

[자격 요건]

- Minimum 3 years of experience in data analytics, campaign analytics in insurance industry preferably on Direct Marketing business

- Hands-on experience managing and operating DB campaigns

- Technical skills to develop and validate analytics models for campaign purposes

- Understanding of model performance metrics

- Ability to work closely with Sales teams to find opportunities to improve DB campaigns

- Intermediate in business English.
