What you’ll do – The opportunity

Taproom Server-Wild Rose Brewery

Location:

Calgary, Alberta

Level:

Individual Contributor

Description:

Reporting to the Taproom General Manager, the Taproom Server is responsible for providing exemplary customer service to all taproom patrons. Teamwork with the rest of serving staff to serve food and beverages, sell retail products and maintain a clean workplace. Schedule 20-25 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide friendly and efficient table side service to patrons
  • Run food as it comes up in the kitchen window
  • Sell and market our retail beer in all forms
  • Take reservations and keg orders using the appropriate software
  • Clear and bus tables upon customer departure
  • Thorough product knowledge on all beers & menu items

Requirements:

  • Up to date AGLC Pro serve Certification
  • Minimum 2 years serving experience
  • Flexibility with a combination of shifts including days, afternoons/evenings & weekends
  • Ability to work and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a team-based environment
