As Strategic Insights Lead, you will be the LOC focal point liaising with EM Strategic Insights & Data governance leads to define LOC needs and align plans in line with LOC priorities.

As Strategic Insights Lead, you will build and Lead Strategic insights strategy and roadmap across key data sets and deliver science-based actionable insights support organizational decision-making process to accelerate business growth, enhance resources optimization and agile GTM transformations.

Build and lead robust data governance model involves owning data accuracy and governance as well as establishing KPIs to ensure high data quality standards across all data domains.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, Manage / Enhance the overall Strategic insights and DG related processes and provide required approvals to ensure that all deliverables are executed accurately and timely.
  • Lead function to integrate all data sets to drive actionable insights to leverage GTM, SRO and monthly performance improvement dashboard to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with Omni POD analytics to leverage lead-lag correlation and channel impact evaluation.
  • Leverage HCP and consumer (Vaccine brands) insights to drive business growth.
  • Lead, own sales force resourcing exercise through collaborating various external and internal data sets to develop complex conceptual and logical roadmap for optimum resourcing, HCPs coverage & profitability enhancement.
  • Lead the team to create the Strategic insights operation plans aligned to the business priorities with cross functional stakeholders and deliver on the agreed priorities.
  • Drive & track the implementation of the Strategic insights strategy & operational plan using appropriate KPIs and scorecards. Report on progress at regular intervals with commercial operations (ComEx) director and adjusts based on feedback.
  • Secure that In line with GSK EM strategic insights function, on priorities & planning in short-, medium- and long-term needs with local market requirements and business dynamics.
  • Leading, Embedding & Managing all Strategic insights applications (Dashboard/Reports. SRO /IMS/ Inset sales Mapping and Analysis and provides with internal guidance for leveraging Competitive Intelligence
  • Enabling and Managing insights` tools (COMPASS, Spotlight, Power BI ,..) and supporting Stakeholders on onboarding to optimize utilization.
  • Lead Sales Force Incentives by designing, building, implementing and executing a motivating SFI model to drive performance with full compliance.
  • Provides leadership and oversight for DG strategy, execution at LOC level.
  • Prepare DG strategy for functions in scope & enforce standards.
  • Escalate DG issues at LOC & EM level & share best practices.
  • Developing and Setting Strategic Insights function standard WOW.
  • In all areas, lead and demonstrate an understanding of compliance with laws, codes of conduct, policies and frameworks in which GSK operates and live our vision, values and expectations fostering this conduct among GSK

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • A pharmacist is a must.
  • 10 or more years of experience in Pharma industry.
  • 5 or more years of experience in senior or managerial level with, data Analytics, data visualizations, Sales force effectiveness and Generating Insights.
  • Solid understanding of Saudi market dynamic and industry trends.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency level in data analysis tools such as Excel, PBI and other statistical software.
  • Solid leadership and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

  • Masters level degree.
  • Solid knowledge of digital marketing analytics.
