As a Principal Project Manager within the CAP Agile Portfolio Management Office (APMO), you'll play a critical role in leading strategic program initiatives for Nasdaq's Listings ecosystem—a mission-critical capability supporting global markets, the issuer lifecycle, and regulatory obligations. You will drive the evolution of cornerstone platforms including the Nasdaq Listing Center, Nasdaq Online, and internal compliance tools, delivering modern, data-rich experiences for issuers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end program execution for Nasdaq's Listings platforms, managing multiple interrelated initiatives with complex business, technology, and regulatory dependencies.
  • Balance tradeoffs across scope, risk, cost, timeline, and quality while maintaining focus on measurable business outcomes.
  • Translate business, regulatory, and operational needs into clear, prioritized program objectives across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Prepare executive-level updates on program health, risks, dependencies, and investment decisions.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to align program execution with platform vision and long-term architecture goals.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, finance, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10+ years of experience leading large-scale, enterprise technology programs supporting critical platforms or systems of record.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple, interdependent initiatives across diverse, global stakeholder communities.
  • Strong experience in Agile and hybrid delivery environments, with expertise in governance, planning, and execution.
  • Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in financial services, capital markets, or regulated environments.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based platforms, data-intensive systems, or enterprise modernization initiatives.
  • Professional certification such as PMP, PgMP, or SAFe Program Consultant.

This position will be located in Atlanta, New York City, or Philadelphia and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
