Position Summary...
What you'll do...
The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for overseeing end-to-end supply chain processes, ensuring efficient merchandise flow through distribution networks and fulfillment centers. This role involves addressing daily operational issues, analyzing data to improve network efficiencies, and ensuring supplier compliance.
How will you contribute to the success of the team?
Supply Chain Operations
End-to-End Management: Oversee the merchandise flow through distribution networks and fulfillment centers.
Issue Resolution: Direct resolutions and respond to escalations of daily issues such as shipping, receiving, inventory, and return-related problems.
Data Analysis: Analyze data from multiple stakeholders to streamline processes and improve network efficiencies.
Supplier Compliance: Provide data for and ensure adherence to supplier compliance process flows.
Performance Reviews: Conduct performance reviews of merchandising departments, distribution centers, and suppliers.
External Relationship Management
Main Point of Contact: Serve as the primary liaison for external partners, communicating expectations and agreements.
Audits and Compliance: Lead audit processes to ensure external partners comply with company standards and agreements, utilizing quarterly scorecards to measure and correct performance.
Senior Leadership Support: Assist senior leadership with the selection of service providers and consolidate relevant findings for external stakeholders.
Supply Chain Execution Improvement
Flow Path Approval: Approve flow paths from supplier to store to optimize sales, in-stock, and profit metrics.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with supply chain stakeholders to achieve sales, inventory, profitability, and strategic goals.
Tracking and Recommendations: Track goods movement, identify order exceptions, and develop resolutions for supply chain constraints.
Field-Level Direction
Operational Guidance: Supervise the liaison for field operations, communicate expectations to suppliers and transporters, and address performance-related issues.
Process Improvement
Design and Development: Contribute to designing and developing new working methods between supply chain stakeholders.
Flow Plan Objectives: Prioritize and ensure the achievability of product flow plan objectives.
Cost Efficiency: Support end-to-end costing methodology and lean concepts, providing recommendations to reduce process waste and improve efficiencies.
Business Plan Execution
Project Management: Identify customer and operational needs, develop business plans, remove performance barriers, and measure progress.
Adaptability: Demonstrate adaptability and support continuous learning.
Team Supervision and Development
Team Building: Select, train, mentor, and assign duties to associates, fostering a team-based work environment.
Performance Management: Establish performance expectations, conduct evaluations, and provide recognition and rewards.
Diversity Awareness: Promote and ensure diversity awareness within the team.

Policy Promotion: Train and guide others on company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and support the Open Door Policy.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
