The Opportunity:

Join our team as a Program Operations Analyst and play a pivotal role in enhancing our program management processes. In this position, you will support our Director, Program Managers (PMs), Assistant Program Managers (APMs), and other key stakeholders. Your expertise will drive efficiency, optimize resource utilization, and foster continuous process improvement across a diverse portfolio of projects for multiple programs and customers.

Responsibilities:

Program Execution Support:

  • Assist in the full lifecycle of Navy C3I Division projects, from proposal development through award, planning, execution, resource/cost management, delivery, and closeout.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient Division operations.
  • Provide coaching to staff on management tools, standard operational procedures, and best practices.
  • Actively participate in internal meetings, planning sessions, and presentations.

Tool Development and Maintenance:

  • Spearhead the creation and enhancement of program management tools, including performance and delivery metrics dashboards, program staffing, and hourly allocation trackers.
  • Work closely with the Finance team to ensure accurate and timely capture, reporting, and distribution of program financial performance data.

Reporting:

  • Support timely drafting and on-time delivery of monthly status reports to external customers.


Qualifications:

Required: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business-related discipline
  • Experience with US Department of War contracts, processes, and requirements
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI) 
  • Experience with Microsoft Project and Project Web App
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate in a remote workforce environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Open, collaborative team player
  • US Citizenship 


Desired:

  • Active or ability to obtain TS/SCI security clearance

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. Since this position can be worked in more than one location, the range shown is the national average for the position.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$82,100-$172,400
