We are looking for a Digital Engagement professional who would like to grow their career by being part of Saxo’s exciting journey to bring our story and our offerings to more investors in Belgium.

In this Antwerp based role you will be reporting directly to the Local COO, and working closely with all local departments, in particular sales, marketing & client service, to participate in strengthening our position among retail investors by taking the lead on the localization of global client engagement campaigns and on the creation of local market specific campaigns.

 

WHAT do we mean by “digital engagement”? Interacting with customers, mainly digitally.

HOW? By facilitating the development and distribution of customized content utilizing customer’s data and various touchpoints

WHY? To inform, inspire and educate our customers in order to boost customer delight and loyalty, directly influence the rate of customer retention and indirectly impact the return of the customers investment portfolio and profits of Saxo Bank.

Responsibilities 

  • Localization of global client engagement campaigns and platform ompoents

  • Creation and execution of local engagement campaigns

  • Monitor and report on key metrics to evaluate campaign success and make data-driven decisions

  • Analyzing and optimizing digital campaigns to achieve maximum reach and engagement

  • Ensure consistency across all touchpoints and that local compliance and cultural considerations are included

  • Helping define and source relevant 3rd party content to improve our client experience

  • Collaborate with local and global teams to create, review and optimize all client journey related communication

  • You are a strong writer who can write anything from an effective commercial email and other customer touchpoints assets to well-converting campaign webpage

  • Continuous search for Timely, Relevant, Engaging & Actionable (TREA) content

  • As a member of the local commercial team, you will also drive local engagement on internal communications channels and initiatives, and contribute towards building a positive culture in the office by embracing Saxo’s guiding principles: Create win-win, Apply common sense and Take ownership

 

Your profile

  • A degree in journalism, communications or marketing shows that you have mastered the basics, but maybe you are just a natural talent

  • Excellent (commercial) copywriting skills, ability to translate complex financial topics into attractive and easy-to-understand content

  • 5y+ experience in (online) content marketing with a focus on engagement

  • Experience with email marketing and other digital marketing tools

  • Passionate about client behavior and content that drives engagement & loyalty

  • Strong organizational and project management skills

  • You are a self-starter with discipline and motivation to drive timely outcomes with impactful work in a complex global organization

  • You have a can-do spirit, growth mindset, and an open, curious and collaborative attitude

  • Always looking round the corner and bringing insights and new ideas to the table

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch, profound knowledge of English and French

  • Affinity with financial services
