JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Commit to reliable customer order fulfillment within 24 hours post-order release.
• Attain Finished Goods production planning to meet initial customer order commitments.
• Balance customer delivery timeliness with inventory management, collaborating with the factory planning team for MPS adherence, factory efficiency, and scheduling.
• Maintain a feasible MPS in the MRP system to meet all customer demands.
• Partner with BUs to strategize and review buffer stock; manage strategic inventory buffer targets in the MRP system for supply chain execution.
• Understand Supply Chain limitations and coordinate efforts to utilize all resources, escalating for solutions to supply discrepancies.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• BA/BS degree in Supply Chain Management or related field of study
• APICS certification preferred
• 5+ years of experience in material planning or material management preferably in the semiconductor or hi-tech industry.
• Prior experience in Master Scheduling is preferred
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, Kinaxis RapidResponse etc.)
• Proficient in coordinating multi-functional teams, with strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and data quality.
• Able to work independently and efficiently on multiple deliverables with competing priorities under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft applications.
• Strong data analytical skills and use of tools like analytics tools like Tableau
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
