The Director of Culture and Workplace Experience serves as a strategic leader driving enterprise-wide initiatives that shape and sustain a high-performing, inclusive, and values-driven organizational culture. This role provides thought leadership and operational oversight for programs that enhance the employee experience across all phases of the employee lifecycle—from onboarding to offboarding. The Director leads a team in designing and executing scalable solutions that align culture strategy with business objectives, foster engagement, and elevate workplace experiences. This role is pivotal in translating cultural vision into actionable strategies that support organizational transformation and long-term success.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
1. Strategically lead the development and execution of enterprise-wide initiatives that advance ALSAC’s culture and workplace experience strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational values, business goals, and priorities.
2. Oversee and empower a high-performing team in designing, implementing, and continuously evolving culture programs that respond to organizational needs, employee feedback, and emerging workplace trends.
3. Leverage data and insights from employee listening mechanisms to inform strategic decisions, prioritize initiatives, and measure impact across the employee experience lifecycle.
4. Collaborate cross-functionally with Employee Experience and leadership across all levels to ensure integration and alignment of culture and workplace experience strategies with broader organizational objectives.
5. Direct and drive key engagement initiatives including employee recognition, onboarding, team performance enablement, internship programming, and employer branding—ensuring these experiences are inclusive, scalable, and reflective of ALSAC’s mission and values.
6. Design and facilitate strategic workshops, leadership trainings, and planning sessions that build cultural competency, foster team alignment, and support enterprise transformation efforts.
