Adventist HealthCare seeks to hire an experienced Director of Analytics and Project Controls for our Capital Projects who will embrace our mission to extend God’s care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing.

As a Director of Analytics and Project Controls you will:
• Creating linkages between our existing digital platforms by gathering and condensing data into integrated, real-time dashboards and other data outputs which our capital projects leadership team can leverage to make key decisions around risk, resources, budgets, and the future forecasts.
• The creation, implementation, and upkeep of our capital projects program manual
• Integration of “quality control” related tools, processes and actions and hardwiring them into the Capital Projects program
• Researching and implementing technology solutions which support the facilities and real estate team and their processes.
• Researching and implementing design and construction industry advancements which can be deployed to create world class healthcare environments while achieving “best value” to the organization.
• Preparing content for executive level presentations for entity and system level leadership monthly and quarterly. (Includes performance review, exec. project portfolio reviews and board level presentations)
• Establishing regionally specific performance baselines and targets and monitoring industry changes, and market relevant data points.
• Senior PM Manage (Plan, track, evaluate, execute) a wide range of projects to complete on schedule and budget, to the approved scope of work Scope. Ensure project progression of construction projects, using critical skills in project management, transition management, space planning, medical equipment planning, IT/ Security coordination, furniture management, signage planning, and any design standards. Coordinate a team of professionals of different disciplines including third party vendors to solve complex issues using a deep knowledge of construction methodologies and procedures. Establish and prepare a communication plan schedule to update stakeholders including appropriate staff in the organization on the status of current and upcoming projects.
• Functional oversite of entity assigned project management staff including mentorship for younger project managers who may have gaps in their knowledge or experience as we build them up to grow within the organization.
• Data Integration and development of digital outputs for planning, tracking, and reporting.
• Digital tool creation and maintenance to promote a standard management approach in the delivery of capital projects; This includes tool that support consistent project delivery methodologies, quality control, reporting, PM workflows,
• Preparing content for executive level presentations

Qualifications include:
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, Architecture, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or related field required.
• 4-6 years’ experience managing construction projects in the healthcare industry required.
• 10 years in a construction supervisory role, required
• At least one of the following: AHA/ASHE Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC), Registered Architect, Professional Engineer, Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean White Belt in the Baldrige framework
• Data/Analytics training or certification

Work Schedule:

Full Time Monday- Friday
