Train Presentation Manager

London Bounds Green

£58,000 per annum + 12.5% shift allowance

Your new role

The Train Presentation Manager is responsible for producing, developing and supporting Train Presentation standards and processes across the Hitachi fleet and other customer fleets. You will be responsible for the ongoing management of the Hitachi cleaning operation and support teams located in the maintenance depots to fulfil all contractual requirements. This role is working 50% nights shift and 50% days.

• Contract Management and Compliance with regards to all cleaning activities as required in the TSA Contract.
• Responsible for the recruitment, setting up and ongoing management of the Hitachi train cleaning and support teams associated with all aspects of cleaning.
• To procure as necessary and manage contracted cleaning activities for the Hitachi fleets as required.
• Proactive materials and staff planning in conjunction with the associated cleaning requirements.
• Point of contract for Consultation, Allocation and Disputes with regards to the train service as necessary
• Assurance of train presentation standards to the Train Services Agreement Cleaning KPI’s
• To control and monitor the correct use of appropriate train presentation cleaning materials.
• To control and monitor the use of cleaning and equipment, arranging the repair or renewal of equipment.

About you

• Proven experienced manager with very strong leadership skills

• Manual Handling, COSHH
• Experience of delivering cleaning standards to an efficient, high quality within a transport environment.
