The Role

Condé Nast Italia is looking for a Head of Project Management with solid experience in the Creative Project Management of Digital, Social and Experiential assets. Having a line report to the Condé Nast Commercial Creative Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading, motivating and developing the CNCC Italy Project Management team and directly managing the most important projects, including cross-platform and multi-client projects. The person will play a key role both in the pre-sale phase, supporting the Brand Marketing and Sales teams in defining project planning and sustainability, and in the post-sale phase, with full responsibility for the execution, production, profitability and final quality of custom and tentpole projects (content, video, social media, events). They will be the main internal and external point of reference for all delivery activities, ensuring alignment between the sold project and the delivered outcome.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead all execution and delivery activities for cross-platform commercial projects, including video productions, advertorials and branded content, social media & editorial campaign assets, events and in-event activations

  • Define and manage the project by collecting and defining all the information necessary to complete the project plan, including activities, timeline and project planning (deliverables, milestones, deadlines, approval steps)

  • Manage the internal Project Management team (5 people) and coordinate external teams (2 People) supporting the projects

  • Supervise the exchange of information and approvals with the Editorial team

  • Identify, share, and manage project risks

  • Manage all suppliers involved in the project (journalists, videographers, photographers, technical suppliers)

  • Maintain the interactions with clients and internal teams during all post-sale phases of projects

  • Complete supervision of production budgets and timelines, with direct responsibility for project P&L

  • Support to the Brand Marketing team in the preparation of final reports and case studies (custom and tentpole)

  • Ensure constant qualitative and quantitative alignment between commercial proposals and final deliverables

Primary Skills & Qualifications

  • 7+ years of professional experience as a Lead Project Manager, Head of Project Management or Senior Project Manager in Media Companies, Creative Agencies, Event Management Companies or similar contexts

  • Proven experience in end-to-end production of creative and cross-platform content (videos, advertorials, branded content, social media campaigns, events, and in-event activations)

  • Professional working fluency in Italian and English, written and spoken

  • Experience in direct client management and supervision of productions, shoots, and events

  • Experience in team management, or proven strong and solution-oriented leadership attitude

  • Solid budgeting skills, P&L management, and project margin monitoring

  • Commercial mindset and ability to mediate between editorial, creative, and commercial requirements

  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills

  • Academic Degree in Marketing, Communication or related fields
