The Opportunity Alliance is looking to fill our Head Start Operations Manager position, specifically supporting our Early Head Start and Head Start programs.
The Head Start Operations Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing organizational systems and tools that support the daily operations of Head Start and Early Head Start programming. The Head Start Operations Manager will guide teams that inform program management & design as well as monitoring & improvement. This position will also work closely with the Director in the areas of reporting and contract & fiscal management. Work hours must be flexible. Some evening and weekend hours, travel and occasional overnight travel will be necessary.
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, salaried position.
Primarily, Mon. – Fri. some evening hours may be necessary.
Location: Office will be located in South Portland, but may have the need to travel between site locations in Cumberland County.
