製造ラインリーダー、生産管理、製造技術、EHSなど製造本部内の各チームへの配属もあり、様々な知識と経験を身に付けていただきます。

【職務概要】

GEヘルスケア・ジャパン株式会社における製造スペシャリストは、製造現場において、製品の生産、品質管理、および製造プロセスの改善に責任を持ちます。チームと協力し、高品質な製品を効率的に生産するための業務を遂行します。

【主な職務内容】

安定生産・安定出荷に貢献し、リーン生産方式に基づいた改善活動を通じて生産性向上への貢献
* 製造ラインにおける製品の組立、検査、調整作業
* 製造プロセスにおける問題点の特定と解決策の提案
* 製造装置の操作、メンテナンス、およびトラブルシューティング
* 品質管理基準の遵守と品質改善活動への参加
* 製造記録の正確な作成と管理
* 安全衛生に関する規定の遵守と安全な作業環境の維持
* 製造チームとの連携、コミュニケーション
* 製造プロセスの標準化、効率化への貢献
* 関連部門（設計、エンジニアリング等）との連携

【応募資格】**

* 高卒以上（工業系の学科を卒業していることが望ましい）
* 製造現場での実務経験2年以上
* 製造装置の操作、メンテナンスに関する知識
* 品質管理に関する基本的な知識
* 問題解決能力とチームワークを重視する姿勢
* 日本語でのコミュニケーション能力（読み書き、会話）
* 基本的なPCスキル（Microsoft Office等）
* （望ましい経験）医療機器製造の経験、英語でのコミュニケーション能力
