American Express is a key account for Momentum. Our responsibilities are varied, ambitious and vital to their brand experiences. We create, deliver and organize large programmes and award-winning experiences for Cardmembers and prospective Cardmembers. So whether it is providing ticket access to the hottest artist’s global tour or overseeing a carefully curated promotional campaign around a new Cardmember benefit strategy, Momentum are at the heart of it.  

 

We are looking for an experienced Account Executive to work across Amex’s global entertainment partners. Activating benefits and promotion with artists, promoters, venues and ticketers alike. This role will suit someone who can hit the ground running, take ownership of this always-on programme and who has a varied skillset in partnerships, media, comms and project management.  

 

Responsibilities include:

 

  • Executing music and sport access benefits (e.g. ticketing) across Amex’s global entertainment partnerships  
  • Working with external partners and teams to create and execute ATL and BTL marketing and communications campaigns across Europe, Asia and ANZ
  • Providing excellent client service through creating and managing efficient processes, meticulous attention to detail and managing project and programme timelines
  • Management of campaigns, including media planning, asset tracking and approvals and associated budgeting
  • Oversight of the digital consumer journey from promotion to purchase – working alongside ticketing and promoter partners
  • Happy to work across time zones (European, American, Asian and Australasian) and deal with the occasional early morning and late-night calls
  • Serve as bridge between client and partners
  • Undertaking in depth research and analysis of global artists and entertainment properties to support client goals and programme direction
  • Staying abreast of trends and opportunities within entertainment so that you are able to positively influence programme KPIs
  • Analysis and measurement of ATL and BTL campaigns including deck creation and presentation to clients and stakeholders
  • Demonstrating working knowledge of Momentum’s core disciplines 

 

/ HERE’S WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

 

  • Experience in live entertainment would be ideal
  • Background and knowledge in media, communications and creative/approval processes
  • An active interest in music and entertainment
  • The ability to managing complex relationships and multiple stakeholders 
  • Strong client and project management skills with an acute attention to detail
  • Goal and results orientated 
  • Self-motivated - a team player, yet can work alone
  • Organised with a high attention to detail and the ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously 
  • Comfortable working with numbers and measurement
