About the Role

Responsible for quality care to patients in a clinic or outpatient facility and assistance to physicians during examinations and treatments.Are you looking for a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact within the healthcare sector? At Blue Care, we are seeking an exceptionally dedicated Health Care Assistant to join us in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:Serve as the first point of contact for patients, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Facilitate and ensure the successful implementation of training programs for new and existing staff.
Deliver proven, high-quality customer service, addressing patient needs promptly and effectively.
Assist in the strict management of medical records, including photocopying, filing, and maintaining confidentiality.
Accurately dispense medications, manage billing processes, and conduct regular stock-taking.

Requirements:Form 3 or above, or equivalent educational level.
Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply. We encourage new graduates to apply and bring their fresh perspectives to our team.
Friendly, willing to help, self-initiative, and considerate.
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
Good knowledge of computer software applications.
5.5 working days per week, with Sundays and public holidays off.
