About the department 
 

Global Information Security Enterprise Business Resilience Office is responsible for ensuring the organization can continue operations during and after disruptions, protecting critical functions and enabling recovery. The team collaborates with business stakeholders, vendors, engineers, operations staff, and other technology professionals to deliver resilience objectives and maintain continuity programs. This environment supports analytical thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic execution. 

How you will add value 
 

Risk Assessment and Analysis

  • You will identify potential risks and vulnerabilities impacting operations.

  • You will partner with stakeholders to conduct risk assessments.

  • You will perform business impact analyses (BIAs).

  • You will evaluate likelihood and impact of crises.

Continuity Planning

  • You will develop and maintain business continuity plans (BCPs).

  • You will coordinate with departments to cover critical functions.

  • You will update and test BCPs regularly.

Training and Awareness

  • You will conduct employee training sessions.

  • You will develop and distribute educational materials.

What will help you be successful in this role 

  • 5–10 years business analyst experience in Business Continuity Management domain.

  • Demonstrated experience supporting and implementing business continuity and operational resilience programs in alignment with applicable regulatory requirements and industry standards, including frameworks such as DORA, MAS, SEBI, and other relevant global regulatory expectations.

  • Experience with business impact analysis and disaster recovery planning. 

  • Experience implementing resilience programs aligned with regulatory frameworks.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • Certification such as Certified Business Continuity Professional preferred.

  • Knowledge of project management components and methodologies.

  • Experience with process improvement.

  • Ability to apply business practices to requirements gathering.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organization and planning skills.

  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.

  • Initiative-taker mindset focused on excellence.

Work Schedule & Location 
 

Hybrid – 3 days per week in the office.

We expect the annual salary for this position to range between $110,700 – $130,300, depending on location and level of relevant experience, plus discretionary bonus.
