We are looking for a Sales Representative for Building Management Systems (BMS) to join our growing team in Budapest. This role is focused on project-based sales of technical solutions within the commercial construction sector.
Your Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in BMS solutions
- Build and maintain relationships with customers in commercial construction (contractors, developers, investors, public sector)
- Prepare commercial offers and collaborate on technical solutions
- Manage project-based sales cycles from opportunity to closing
- Lead negotiations and close contracts
Your Profile
- Experience in sales or a strong motivation to transition from a technical role into sales
- Background in electrical or electromechanical engineering
- Understanding of technical solutions used in commercial construction projects
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Native Hungarian and English at least at B2 level
- Driving license (Category B)
Nice to Have
- Network within the BMS or construction market
- Experience with subcontractors or project-based business
- Knowledge of Salesforce or a similar CRM
