Title: Project Manager
Location: Italy
Role and responsibilities
Reporting to the Program Manager, the Project Managers are responsible for the following areas:
- Planning and managing every aspect of a project (process, change, technology) including providing overall guidance and direction for the project and overseeing financial management activities.
- Resource requirement identification and assignment
- Measuring and monitoring progress at clearly-defined points of the process to ensure that the project is delivered on-time, within budget, and that it meets or exceeds expectations.
- Balancing scope, the schedule, budget, quality, and risks
- Ensuring that all requirements, project plans, and changes to commitment are communicated to all team members affected
- Identifying and resolving project risks and issues
- Managing relationships and coordinating work between different teams at different global locations.
- Ensures project deliverables, goals, milestones are achieved Manage customer relationships, ensuring that commitments are fulfilled
Basic Qualifications
- PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification or equivalent preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering, Technology or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience of retail/hospitality/IT project management including scheduling and budgeting
- Minimum 3 years’ experience of coordinating and/supporting IT business processes.
- Strong and confident customer facing skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge and experience of the retail and hospitality industries and businesses
- Experience working in an international setting
- SCRUM/Agile certification
