The Opportunity
P&G is seeking an experienced Staff Software Engineer to lead quality, consistency, and excellence across our DevX organization. DevX is responsible for the IT Engineering job family as well as the software development lifecycle and software engineering. You will serve as a leader of the IT Engineering Community – ensuring the wants and needs of the community are reflected in everything we build and do on behalf of them. The ultimate priority of this position is to grow a team of engineers. If you want to help grow a global IT engineering workforce, build some planet scale services, practices, and products – this is the role for you!

Pay Range: $150k – $207K
