Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities
Serves as a senior point of contact for customers, providing exceptional customer service and resolving complex inquiries, concerns, or escalations.
Handles and manages customer interactions across various channels, including phone, email, chat, or social media, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
Communicates with cross-functional teams, such as sales, product, and operations, to address customer-related issues, gather feedback, and improve overall customer experience.
Demonstrates strong product knowledge and expertise, assisting customers with inquiries about products or services, providing accurate information, and offering appropriate solutions.
Documents and maintains accurate customer records, including interactions, inquiries, resolutions, and other relevant information, ensuring data integrity and accessibility for future reference.
Handles customer escalations and complaints, applying problem-solving skills, empathy, and diplomacy to de-escalate situations and find satisfactory resolutions.
Identifies opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, recommending improvements in processes, products, or services based on customer feedback and insights.
Assists in training and mentoring junior customer service representatives, sharing best practices, providing guidance, and fostering a positive and supportive team environment.
Stays updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors, leveraging this knowledge to provide personalized and effective customer service, anticipate customer needs, and offer relevant recommendations.
Education
High school diploma or 5+ years equivalent experience.
Prior Relevant Work Experience
5+ years
Essential Qualifications
Adept at problem solving and decision making skills
Certified Professional in Customer Service (CPCS) preferred.

The typical pay range for this role is:
$18.50 - $35.29This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
