Job Summary:

Oversee daily production operations at large or multiple manufacturing sites, ensuring efficient and smooth workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Lead staffing, development, and performance programs for operations staff.

• Ensure safety, scheduling, and performance standards are consistently met.

• Implement measures to enhance safety, reduce costs, and assure quality.

• Maintain regulatory compliance and a safe work environment.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or relates to the field

• Fluent English

Skills:

Production Training:

• Assess skill gaps and lead employee training on new machinery.

• Oversee equipment setup, especially for custom jobs.

• Evaluate and measure training effectiveness.

Problem Solving:

• Capture and share solutions from problem-solving efforts.

• Assemble teams to address issues efficiently.

• Apply various techniques and standardize practices.

Influencing:

• Persuade stakeholders even when in the minority.

• Present convincing assessments to decision-makers.

• Advise on building rapport and adapting to different styles.

Flexibility and Adaptability:

• Expert in Supply Chain and Manufacturing Operations

• P&L Management (Budgeting, Forecasting) Quality System Management (6 Sigma, CQMS, ISO, Lean, APQP) Manufacturing Engineering and Operations Knowledge including Safety Management, Performance Management, Project Planning, Manufacturing Standards and NPI/NSI Process

• Machining, Heat Treatment and Assembly Technical Knowledge

Additional Information:

• Location: Cienega de Flores, Nuevo Leon.

• This position is five-day a week in-office model.
