Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail‑oriented and analytically minded Data & Reporting Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will transform raw data into clear, actionable insights that support informed decision‑making and drive business performance. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and vendor leadership, contributing to reporting, measurement, and operational initiatives across multiple programs for our client.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, building structured reports, and making a visible impact through analysis and insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Transform raw data into meaningful insights that support strategic and operational decision‑making.
• Analyze data to identify patterns, trends, risks, and opportunities, presenting findings in a clear and structured way.
• Prepare high‑quality reports, dashboards, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Examine and validate data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and relevance.
• Support tactical operations, measurement, and reporting initiatives across multiple client programs.
• Work in close partnership with Vendor Leadership to deliver functional reporting requirements.
• Contribute to productivity, tooling, and performance‑tracking initiatives to support program success.
• Continuously look for opportunities to improve reporting processes and data quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Good level of English (written and spoken).
• Previous experience in data analysis, reporting, or a similar analytical role.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, data analysis, and reporting).
• Strong attention to detail with a structured and methodical approach to work.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision while meeting deadlines.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to communicate data insights clearly to non‑technical audiences.
