About the Role
As a Senior Recruitment Business Partner, you will provide end‑to‑end recruitment support across multiple business units and geographies, managing complex and high‑impact hiring initiatives. You will act as a trusted partner to hiring managers and People Office stakeholders, shaping recruitment strategies, delivering high‑quality talent outcomes, and continuously improving the candidate and manager experience.
This role requires deep recruiting expertise, strong stakeholder influence, market insight, and the ability to balance delivery with strategic partnership.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Delivery
- Lead full‑cycle recruiting for a portfolio of professional, technical, and leadership roles across assigned business areas, from requisition launch through offer acceptance
- Conduct in‑depth requisition intake meetings to define role requirements, success profiles, and hiring strategies
- Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies using direct search, internal talent pools, referrals, and external channels to attract diverse talent
Hiring Manager & Stakeholder Partnership
- Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing market intelligence, hiring insights, and guidance on selection, interview best practices, and offer decisions
- Partner closely with People Business Partners, Workforce Management, and Finance to support workforce plans and hiring priorities
- Influence hiring decisions through data, candidate assessment, and market perspective rather than transactional execution alone
Candidate & Hiring Experience
- Deliver an exceptional, consistent candidate experience by maintaining timely communication, clear expectations, and professional engagement throughout the process
- Manage interview logistics, feedback summarization, and hiring recommendations to ensure efficient, high‑quality decision making
Operational Excellence & Data Integrity
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date tracking of requisitions, candidates, and hiring activity within Workday and other recruiting systems
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, employment legislation, and data privacy requirements across regions
- Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, tools, and workflows through continuous improvement initiatives
Strategic Contribution
- Contribute to recruiting projects, pilots, or initiatives aimed at improving hiring quality, speed, diversity outcomes, or recruiter capability
- Share best practices, market trends, and candidate insights with the broader Talent Acquisition team
- Act as an informal mentor or point of escalation for less experienced recruiters when appropriate
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Extensive experience in full‑cycle recruiting, ideally within a complex, global or matrixed organization
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholders simultaneously while maintaining quality and pace
- Experience of recruiting across various disciplines including Professional Services, Corporate Functions and Technology
