Summary: We are looking for an experienced L2 Support Engineer with strong expertise in Spring Boot applications to provide end-to-end support for our production and non-production systems. The role involves troubleshooting, incident resolution, performance monitoring, and working closely with L3/Development teams to ensure smooth operations of business-critical applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve application incidents within defined SLAs. - Monitor alerts, logs, and dashboards for Spring Boot microservices. - Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and provide permanent fix recommendations. - Handle service requests (config changes, deployments, access issues). - Support CI/CD deployments in lower and production environments. - Validate post-deployment health and rollback if required. - Ensure application availability and performance through proactive monitoring. - Work with tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, ELK, AppDynamics, or New Relic. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices. - Good knowledge of Java 8/11+, Familiarity with Maven/Gradle build tools. - Understanding of API gateways, load balancers, and caching mechanisms. - Experience with application monitoring/logging tools (Splunk, ELK, AppDynamics, New Relic, Grafana, Prometheus). - Familiar with incident management tools (ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy). - Exposure to CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git, GitLab CI). - Basic knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/Azure/GCP. - Good understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB). Good To Have Skills: - MuleSoft Exposure. - Experience with data warehousing solutions. - Strong understanding of data modeling and database design principles. - Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. - Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Spring Boot. - This position is based in Pune. - A 15 years full time education is required.
