We are seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee daily healthcare claim processing, provide training for sales and internal teams, and manage customer complaints effectively. This role ensures operational excellence, compliance, and contributes to customer satisfaction while supporting team development.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Review and assessment of healthcare claim cases to ensure accuracy and compliance with policy guidelines

  • Manage daily healthcare claim processing to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

  • Conduct training sessions for sales and internal teams on claim processes and healthcare knowledge.

  • Handle and resolve customer complaints related to healthcare claims.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve workflows and resolve complex issues.

  • Monitor compliance and maintain accurate documentation for all claim activities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in healthcare claims or insurance operations.

  • Strong understanding of medical terminology and healthcare processes.

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare

  • Proficiency in MS Office

  • Experience in team training and complaint resolution.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance in healthcare claims.

  • English proficiency for reading medical documents is an advantage.
