What We Do

This is an entry-level, in-office role where you’ll help keep real estate transactions moving and compliant. You’ll work with buyers, sellers, escrow partners, and internal teams to collect required information, answer questions, and make sure files stay on track for regulatory reporting.

100% in office role
Monday–Friday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)

What You’ll Do

  • Talk with buyers, sellers, and outside escrow partners to collect required forms and contact information
  • Check the FARR dashboard daily to make sure files are moving forward and not stuck due to missing info
  • Follow up on missing details so reporting deadlines are met
  • Answer questions from buyers and sellers about the FARR process
  • Make outbound calls to sellers to confirm they know there’s an open escrow on their property
  • Work closely with escrow officers, title officers, and assistants to gather FinCEN information
  • Track updates and document progress in each file
  • Stay organized, accurate, and on deadline in a busy environment

    (We’ll train you on our systems and processes!)

Pay Range: $22.16 - $29.56 Hourly

 

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
