Project Title:

Inventory Management & PO closure

Description:

Work with manufacturing team to control & monitor inventory to reduce aging & open PO.

Scope:

·       Assist production to monitor & control inventory

·       Work with Engineering & QA team to release hold and move the inventory.

·       Consolidate the products qual data.

.       Monitor PO TECO KPI & inventory KPI

·       Measure the OTD (On Time Delivery) for each shipment as per target delivery date.

Deliverables: 

·       Each KPI need to meet target in tableau

·       Data integrity and Report readiness. 

Stretched goal: 

·       Recommend to handle a HVM products, inventory management & PO closure KPI
