Our Shipping team plays a central role in the e-commerce experience. They impact important buying and selling choices by presenting top shipping options. They also ensure a smooth delivery process after purchase for millions of buyers and sellers. Our mission focuses on improving and advancing shipping and logistics services to support worldwide borderless trade. We manage extensive operations, providing complex distributed services with high volume, low delay, and strong availability guarantees.
As a manager of this fast-changing team, you will face new challenges and help with projects that transform eBay's logistics. We promote a cooperative culture that supports work-life balance while advancing technology. You will play a vital role in crafting the next generation of shipping platforms at eBay, energized by the scale and complexity of global e-commerce logistics. This position reports to engineering management and focuses on crafting and implementing advanced shipping and fulfillment solutions. You will be a key contributor, responsible for building, developing, and running highly scalable, resilient services that millions of buyers and sellers depend on daily. You will address difficult technical problems in logistics.
