What you will do

We are seeking a Product Engineer who will be a member of our Izmir team and will directly report to our Engineering Manager. In this position, you will assist the production line by preparing engineering and production bills of materials according to customer requirements.

As a Product Engineer, you will transfer new designs from the global design center to the Izmir factory production line, and apply modifications and improvements to the products.

This role requires knowledge of 3D software (Creo Parametric) and ERP systems.

How you will do it

• Support the department in activity coordination

• Prepare information for transferring products from global engineering to the local factory

• Release drawings and manage engineering change processes

• Develop products according to standards

• Identify specification issues or interpretation discrepancies and provide solutions

• Develop documentation for projects

• Coordinate drawing releases and engineering changes, ensuring information flow across internal departments

• Carry out product definitions including BOM

• Manage orders and engineering preparation

• Prepare VA activities

• Create and maintain technical information in the factory

• Support CE PED certification and Eurovent processes

• Assist factory departments by preparing all necessary information for component sourcing

• Support procurement in understanding specifications

• Prepare cost impact analyses to quantify cost savings or customer benefits

• Assist in technical or financial benchmarking as needed

• Teach and reinforce methodologies and skills used to collect, analyze, and present designs, scopes, and cost estimates

• Provide engineering support to the production line

What we look for

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering

• 3D Creo experience

• Design experience

• Fluent English, both written and verbal

Preferred

• Experience in the HVAC industry

• Windchill

• SAP – BOM
