Job Description:
Responsibilities
Provide quality services in processing policy changes and handling inquiry within the service standard
Deliver quality outputs on process enhancement and service initiatives within scheduled timeline
Support channels with close relationship to resolve problems for business growth
Process policy alternations and handle inquiry for different nature of requests
Participate in company and departmental initiatives on user requirement, clarification and user acceptance testing
Update procedure manual / forms and conduct training for the changes to related stakeholders
Complete ad-hoc tasks assigned from supervisor from time to time
Requirements
University graduate
At least 4 years of working experience in life policy administration, including solid exposure in project and process enhancement execution
Professional qualifications such as LOMA is an advantage
Proficient knowledge across products, investment-linked policy is an advantage
Good problem-solving skill in identifying deficiency and preparing user requirements for process improvement
Good team player with excellent interpersonal skill
Good communication skills in written and spoken languages, Mandarin is a must
Hand-on PC skill in using MS office and Chinese Word Processing
