Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Provide quality services in processing policy changes and handling inquiry within the service standard

  • Deliver quality outputs on process enhancement and service initiatives within scheduled timeline

  • Support channels with close relationship to resolve problems for business growth

  • Process policy alternations and handle inquiry for different nature of requests

  • Participate in company and departmental initiatives on user requirement, clarification and user acceptance testing

  • Update procedure manual / forms and conduct training for the changes to related stakeholders

  • Complete ad-hoc tasks assigned from supervisor from time to time

Requirements

  • University graduate

  • At least 4 years of working experience in life policy administration, including solid exposure in project and process enhancement execution

  • Professional qualifications such as LOMA is an advantage

  • Proficient knowledge across products, investment-linked policy is an advantage

  • Good problem-solving skill in identifying deficiency and preparing user requirements for process improvement

  • Good team player with excellent interpersonal skill

  • Good communication skills in written and spoken languages, Mandarin is a must

  • Hand-on PC skill in using MS office and Chinese Word Processing
