The Role:

We're seeking a Senior Software Engineer - Security with expertise in network (LAN) security and application development. This role will lead the design and implementation of security related software features in Rust and C#.

This role is responsible for:

• Software for secure communication between all components in the AutoStore system.

• System-wide security, ensuring compliance with the Cyber Resilience Act and meet the security expectations from our customers.

• Software for updating and deploying new software versions on live AutoStore systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate the design of AutoStore deployments and identify security best practices that should be implemented.

• Contribute to all stages of the software development lifecycle.

• Take part in cross-functional projects within the Software Engineering team, driving the development of new features and enhancing existing functionality across the team’s products. 

• Build and evolve the CubeDeploy software system, enabling customers to easily and securely deploy software on their AutoStore sites.

Key Qualifications: 

• Bring around 10+ years of professional experience in software development using Rust or C#.

• Have expertise in the design/implementation of cyber security systems in LAN environments.

• Are excited to build software that becomes part of a physical end product.

• Have experience in other languages like C++ and Python.

• Are comfortable using tools like GitLab, Jira and Docker.

• Enjoy working in a team with highly skilled colleagues, as well as across multiple teams and other parts of the organization.

• Are a curious individual that loves continuous learning and improvement, with an engineering mindset that thrives solving complex problems.
