The Clinic Supervisor partners with leadership on strategic planning, program development, quality improvement, and financial oversight, while supervising staff and daily operations to ensure exceptional patient care, regulatory compliance, and optimal clinic performance. This role supports the organization in fulfilling the mission, vision, and values of Logan Health.

Working closely with the Clinic Manager, this position supports all Women’s outpatient services in Kalispell and Whitefish, including OB/GYN, Midwifery, and specialty outreach services. The ideal candidate will bring both clinical and administrative experience — RN, LPN, or CMA credentials will be considered.

This position plays a key role in supporting expansion across multiple clinics, including the newly opened OB/GYN clinic in Whitefish, GYN/Oncology outreach at Claremont Clinic, and new provider onboarding and coverage coordination.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of two (2) years experience in a physician practice or clinical setting required.

  • Minimum of one (1) year leadership experience required.

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business-related field preferred.

  • Strong financial and budgetary skills preferred.

  • Proficiency in reporting, data analysis, and process improvement preferred.

  • Knowledge of HIPAA, reimbursement regulations, and compliance preferred.

  • Demonstrated commitment to excellence, integrity, empathy, and high-quality outcomes.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new systems as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily operations and staff to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.

  • Partner with leadership to develop and implement efficient workflows and service excellence initiatives.

  • Manage staffing, scheduling, performance evaluations, and corrective actions.

  • Oversee training, competency assessments, and documentation for all assigned staff.

  • Participate in budgeting and financial management to optimize revenue, productivity, and cost control.

  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and accreditation standards.

  • Collaborate with Finance and Revenue Cycle to ensure accurate documentation and billing.

  • Evaluate workflows and recommend improvements aligned with organizational goals.

  • Support quality improvement initiatives, patient access, and operational success.

Shift:

Day Shift - 8 Hours (United States of America)

Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week.  Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
