Program Manager – Chemistry/Hematology – Full Time – New Building Opening White Plains, NY - Days

NewYork-Presbyterian is committed to providing the highest quality care to residents of Westchester County and surrounding communities. Opening in September 2025, a new, multi-disciplinary, state-of-the-art ambulatory care facility, will offer a wide range of adult and pediatric specialty care services, all under one roof, delivered by exceptional care teams led by trusted Columbia doctors. Located at 1111 Westchester Avenue in White Plains, the center will set a new standard for superior patient experience, convenience, and quality care.

As the Program Manager, provide your expertise to Clinical Laboratory Operations with a focus on Chemistry & Hematology. In this highly visible position, you will provide oversight to all areas of the lab including but not limited to operations, staffing & training, budget, QA, and regulatory compliance. Work to the highest capacity of your laboratory career interacting with physician users and all levels of hospital leadership while supporting the Laboratory Director.

This is a full-time day shift position. Location is our NYP facility in White Plains NY.

Preferred Criteria

• Master’s Degree
• Meets all requirements of the New York State Department of Health for a Laboratory Supervisor
• New York State Department of Education Clinical Laboratory Technologist license

Required Criteria

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum 2 years management experience in laboratory medicine
• Experience with regulatory aspects of practice
• American Society for Clinical Pathology Certification (ASCP) or equivalent
• Minimum of 4 years of clinical laboratory experience or 2 years of clinical laboratory experience with Master’s degree or 1 years of experience with a MD, DO or doctoral degree in a chemical, physical or biological science

Salary Range:

$138,500-$164,500/Annual
