This role is in support of Cencora's wholesale distribution services in Europe operating through our Alliance Healthcare business.
Position: PM shift Operative
Location: Belfast
Salary: £12.54 per hour + Nightshift Premium + Unsociable Hours Payment
Hours of work Monday to Thursday 18.00pm -02.30am Friday 18.00pm to 01.30am
Duration: 39hrs per week

Key Responsibilities:
· Provide exceptional care and support to patients during night hours.
· Assist with routine checks and monitoring of patients.
· Ensure the healthcare environment is clean, safe, and organized.
· Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies.
· Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications:
· Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Compassionate and patient-focused approach.
· Flexibility to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
