Summary Lead a high-impact team focused on building AI agents for business applications and contributing to the development of an AI agent builder platform. You’ll drive strategy, execution, and delivery of production-grade AI/ML solutions using the Azure AI stack. Roles and Responsibilities : Build and manage a team of AI engineers and leads. Define technical vision and roadmap for AI agent development and platform capabilities. Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to align AI solutions with enterprise goals. Ensure delivery of scalable, secure, and maintainable AI/ML systems. Define and implement best practices in software, and data architectures. Build strong relationships with internal customers, partners, and stakeholders. Work closely with Product, Engineering, and other departments to ensure the data platform meets business requirements. Work with teams in defining the product roadmap and building product solutions. Influence and define the long-term vision, mission, and data strategies. Ensure technical designs are thoroughly evaluated and aligned with business objectives. Determine appropriate recruiting of staff to achieve goals and objectives. Interview and Recruit top talent. Manage and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture, and encouraging a growth mindset and accountability for outcomes. Interpret how the business strategy links to individual roles and responsibilities. Provide career development opportunities and establish processes and practices for knowledge sharing and communication. Partner with external vendors to address issues, and technical challenges. Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends in field to ensure the platform remains cutting-edge. Educational Qualifications : 12+ years in software engineering, with 5+ years in AI/ML leadership roles. Proven experience delivering production AI/ML systems using Azure AI stack (e.g., Azure ML, Cognitive Services, OpenAI). Strong understanding of agent architectures, orchestration, and LLM integration. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong experience in building production-level systems implementing DevOps best practices. Thorough understanding of best practices regarding agile software development and software testing. Experience of deploying cloud-based applications using automated CI/CD processes and container technologies. Understanding of security best practices when architecting SaaS applications on cloud Infrastructure. Ability to understand complex business systems and a willingness to learn and apply new technologies as needed. Proven ability to influence and deliver high-impact initiatives. Forward-thinking mindset with the ability to define and drive the team’s mission, vision, and long-term strategies. Excellent leadership skills with a track record of managing teams and collaborating effectively across departments. Strong written and communication skills.
