You will:
Own process, governance & communication for the Picture of success across Retail environments (MT & TT Channels) & categories.
Define the picture of success per channel and category & develop market selling materials together with shopper insights and category insights.
Define MSL for each channel using the tools available.
Define category-led selling stories for RE's which enable category growth (category management) and the achievement of our KPIs per channel.
Business planning of the Q+1 (Plan de categories, Quarterly sales meeting, etc) Leading and implementing innovation from launching, monitoring and tracking.

Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical skills – and able to understand, interpret and convey information from data
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Job specific requirements:
5-6 years of professional experience in a similar role;
Experience in a fast-moving consumer goods or consumer packaged goods environment, preferably in food or other fast moving, dynamic industry;
Fluent English (written and verbal);
Solid knowledge of Excel (Power BI experience is a plus);
Education / Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
