The Work

As an SAP HCM (Time Management) Consultant, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and supporting SAP HCM Time Management solutions for our clients. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand their time management requirements, configure SAP solutions to meet their needs, and ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules. Your expertise in SAP HCM Time Management will be critical in delivering innovative solutions that enhance workforce efficiency, ensure compliance, and drive business success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Solution Design and Implementation: Develop and implement SAP HCM Time Management solutions that align with industry standards and client requirements.

  • Functional and Application Design: Deliver functional and application designs that address current and future business needs, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP HCM modules.

  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze time management requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

  • Time Management Processes: Configure and manage time tracking, work schedules, absence management, and time-off policies within SAP HCM Time Management.

  • Problem Solving: Provide innovative solutions to challenges faced by your immediate team and across multiple teams.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate effective decision-making processes and ensure cohesive project execution.

  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans to validate time management configurations, ensuring accuracy and reliability of the solution.

  • Training and Support: Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of SAP HCM Time Management solutions.

Here’s What You Will Need

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in SAP HCM Time Management or related skills.
  • Master proficiency in SAP HCM Time Management, including configuration and support.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field of study (e.g., Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration).

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Advanced proficiency in Business Process Analysis to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Project Management, including planning, execution, and delivery of SAP HCM projects.
  • Expert proficiency in Change Management to drive successful adoption of new processes and solutions.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Data Analysis to provide actionable insights and support decision-making.
  • Advanced proficiency in Stakeholder Engagement to build strong relationships and ensure alignment with business goals.
