Job Description:

The System Event Coordinator is responsible for employee recognition and appreciation events throughout CoxHealth. Organizes and facilitates all employee system wide recognition functions and partners on individual department celebrations by Senior Leadership request. The Event Coordinator manages the day-to-day operations of the employee engagement points program, while engaging with leaders to ensure program effectiveness. Assists with system-wide meeting preparation and leadership experiences. Education: ▪ Bachelor’s degree required Experience: ▪ Experience in Human Resources preferred and/or demonstrated experience with conflict management/resolution and organizing events/functions Skills: ▪ Experience with Microsoft Office programs ▪ Excellent customer service skills ▪ Ability to perform in highly stressful situations ▪ Excellent time management, interpersonal, communication, organization, prioritizing, decision-making and planning skills Licensure/Certification/Registration: ▪ None Specified
