---ONLY THOSE APPLICANTS WHO ALREADY HAVE THE RIGHT TO LIVE AND WORK IN THIS COUNTRY ARE ELIGIBLE TO APPLY FOR THIS ROLE--- POSITION TITLE: Health Clinical Services Specialist WORK SETUP: Hybrid RESPONSIBILITIES: • Deliver clinical training, competency assessments, and hands-on education for clinical and non-clinical staff. • Support curriculum design, content development, testing materials, instructional methods, and training logistics. • Develop and implement training modules, job aids, and process documentation. • Measure training effectiveness and updating programs based on feedback and outcomes. • Collaborate with teams on training, upskilling, and cross-training initiatives. • Ensure timely completion of deliverables per SOW and SLA requirements. • Maintain subject matter expertise through continuous learning and certification. • Ensure compliance with organizational, contractual, and regulatory standards. • Identify and address training needs related to case processing, policy use, and clinical review referrals. • Provide regular reports and track training metrics and trends. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: • Holds active, unrestricted US Registered Nurse license. • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree • One to two years’ experience as a Supervisor/Team Lead (in any industry) • A minimum of three (3) months of prior working experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical setting required postgraduate- working experience in a clinical setting (inpatient or outpatient direct patient care) required • Three months is equivalent to 480 hours of working experience as an RN • Working experience as a Registered Nurse means holding an active RN license and providing direct patient care • Clinical setting includes inpatient hospital, outpatient hospital, or clinic • Must be open to BPO & Non-BPO Experience • College Graduate (BSN) Good to have only: • Work experience as Trainer is preferred and good to have skills only
