What You’ll Do?
- Lead the field sales team, monitor their performance, and ensure they achieve their targets.
- Plan and oversee the sales processes for POS device products.
- Ensure the team works in a goal-oriented manner, set and track sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential customers to increase sales.
- Provide training and mentorship to field sales specialists to support their development.
- Take leadership in the implementation of marketing and sales strategies.
- Analyze sales data, prepare reports, and provide regular feedback to senior management.
- Maintain high team motivation and encourage them to achieve business goals.
- Monitor daily operations and guide team members to optimize performance.
- Take action on sales motivation strategies and initiatives.
- Conduct competitor analysis, follow market trends, and guide the team accordingly.

Who You Are?
-Minimum 10 years of experience in field sales, preferably in banking products.
- Proven leadership experience in managing field sales teams (at least 5 years of field sales team management experience).
- Bachelor's degree from a university.
- Proficiency in MS Office Programs (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- Possession of a B-class driver’s license with no travel restrictions.
- Dynamic, results-oriented, and strategic thinker.
- Ability to maintain team motivation and enhance synergy within the team.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to manage customer relationships.
- Target-driven approach to achieving sales goals.
- Innovative, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to make quick decisions.
- Ability to maintain team balance through quick and effective action-taking while ensuring seamless operations.
- Residing in or willing to relocate to Istanbul.
