Caterpillar Poland is looking for a Procurement Support Services Associate to support its Procurement team in Sosnowiec by keeping in contact with internal and external stakeholders, solving various, mostly system-related issues. 

Your job duties may include... 

• Act as a liaison between the company and the external stakeholders, supporting them in various questions about the NextGen system 
• Supporting internal users with system-issues 
• Creating and organising training sessions for suppliers and internal users  
• Looking for opportunities to improve our processes and implement changes if possible 

You Will Have: 

• Ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors
• Advanced English and Spanish language knowledge both written and spoken
• General understanding of procurement and/or supply chain processes 
• Technical mindset – aptitude to work in various systems and transmit your knowledge 
• Willingness and ability to work in 2-shifts from Monday to Friday (Morning shift: flexible start between 7–9 AM, 8-hour workday; afternoon shift: 2–10 PM, fixed hours; weekly rotation)
• Ability to work from the office full-time (5 days per week)

Top candidates may also have: 

• Customer service and/or helpdesk experience 
• Coupa and/or NextGen system knowledge 
• Any other European language knowledge is greatly appreciated especially French or Dutch
