Introduction:
Multi-cloud Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing cloud solutions across AWS and Azure platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in cloud networking, cloud security, automation, and low-level system design. Working closely with architects and other stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, compliant and efficient cloud infrastructures / environments along with cost effective solutioning & Implementation.
Your Job:
Design and implement Multi cloud solutions that leverage both AWS and Azure public cloud services.
Collaborate with architects to define low-level designs and ensure alignment with the overall architectural vision with required stakeholders.
Develop and maintain cloud network architectures that optimize performance, security and cost saving design.
AWS Services – Working knowledge but not limited to – EC2, RDS, Redshift, VPC, Route53, Serverless, AD DS, EMR, ECS, S3, FSx, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect, Route tables and AWS monitoring tools.
Mandatory Working knowledge on IAM Identity Center, AWS Control Tower and all security logs of AWS
Azure Services – Working knowledge but not limited to – Virtual machine, Storage Accounts, Recovery services, Load balancers, Route table, AD DS, Azure functions, CLIs, backup and all Azure monitoring services.
Automate cloud deployments and operations to streamline workflows and reduce manual overhead (
Proficiency in automation and scripting languages).
Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Provide expertise in cloud services, advising on best practices and emerging technologies.
Strong understanding of cloud networking principles and hands-on experience with cloud network configuration and troubleshooting
As a Cloud Engineer, key focus will be Design, Implementation, Configuration and Development of the CICD solutions by using various cloud automation tools (Terraform, Azure DevOps, Ansible, etc.)
Working with internal and external partners, you will manage and improve existing CICD Tools, build new services and work closely with the support teams to ensure new services are transitioned to operations, stabilized & follow through service improvements.
Experience of building a range of Services in a Cloud Service provider (ideally AWS and Azure)
Familiar with Migration services to lift & shift, re-architect and re-design infrastructure solution (from OnPrem, other cloud etc.)
Customer/stakeholder focus. Ability to build strong relationships with Application teams, cross functional IT and global/local IT teams.
Operational effectiveness - delivers solutions that align to approved design patterns and security standards.
Windows and Linux Operating system knowledge
Familiar with ITIL process / other organization processes
Experience in internal and external audits / Governance fulfillment as per organization policies.
Other Responsibilities:
Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
Customer/stakeholder focus. Ability to build strong relationships with Application teams, cross functional IT and global/local IT teams.
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor or master's in computer / IT related streams.
Bachelors with 8-11 Years or masters. with 6-8 years
10+ Years of Experience AWS & Azure Cloud Experience and overall 8+ years in IT Infrastructure
Fluency in English Language – written & verbal.
Proven experience with AWS and Azure platforms
Bachelor or master's in computer / IT related streams.
Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert) are highly desirable.
ITIL Certification
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
