Job Description​

The Opportunity:

Saint Luke’s South in Overland Park, KS is seeking a Telemetry Registered Nurse to join their new Intermediate Cardiac Telemetry Unit. As an RN on this team, you will have the opportunity to provide care to patients with various conditions and treatment plans including but not limited to: Stroke, Heart Failure, and STEMI. This is a team that does what is right for the patient and works together for the common goal, to be “The best place to get care. The best place to give care.”

The Shift: 6:45pm-7:15am, 3 shifts per week

The Work:

• Utilizes the nursing process
• Performs patient care, delegating patient care tasks and for supervision of other patient care staff
• Coordinates the plan of care for a group of assigned patients and consulting with other members of the health care team when indicated to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Demonstrates proficiency and abides by policies, rules, guidelines and procedures

Job Requirements

Applicable Experience:

1 year

Basic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross, Registered Nurse (KS) - National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NURSYS)

Associate Degree
