Overview
As a Senior Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-impact consulting solutions to clients in the life sciences industry. You will lead or contribute to complex projects focused on central nervous system (CNS) indications, leveraging your therapeutic expertise to shape strategy, optimize clinical development, and drive innovation. This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of science, strategy, and patient impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead or support the design, execution, and delivery of consulting engagements, with a focus on CNS therapeutic areas such as depression, schizophrenia, and Alzheimer’s disease.
• Analyze client challenges and develop tailored, data-driven solutions that align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Guide and mentor junior team members, ensuring high-quality deliverables and knowledge transfer.
• Develop and present compelling reports and presentations to clients, translating complex data into actionable insights.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Identify opportunities for follow-on work and contribute to business development efforts.
• Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and scientific advancements in CNS and clinical research.

Required Qualifications

• Doctoral degree (MD, PhD, or equivalent).
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in CNS therapeutic areas, with a focus on depression, schizophrenia, or Alzheimer’s disease.
• Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in clinical trial design, execution, or oversight.
• Familiarity with CNS-specific rating scales and clinician-reported outcome measures.
• Prior experience administering assessments to patients in clinical or research settings.
