As a Talent Management Manager in our Batam facility, you will be designing and executing strategies to upskill employees, drive performance, and manage talent pipelines, aligning workforce capabilities with company goals. Oversee training programs, leadership development, succession planning, and performance management initiatives, while managing budgets and utilizing learning technologies to foster a high-performance culture. This position requires the candidate to work a 5-day-a-week schedule in the office.

What You Will Do:
Strategy & Needs Analysis: Evaluate organizational development needs and align training initiatives with business strategy. Design and implement talent development strategies to support organizational goals. Identify skill gaps and training needs through ongoing assessment and analysis.
Learning & Development: Design, implement, and deliver training programs, including workshops, e-learning, and coaching.
Talent Management: Develop competency frameworks, talent mapping, and succession plans to identify and grow future leaders.
Performance & Career Development: Help managers with career pathing, employee engagement, and individual performance improvements.
Operational Management: Manage L&D budgets, negotiate with vendors, and leverage Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Evaluation & ROI: Measure the effectiveness of learning initiatives, reporting on trends, impact, and skill gaps. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in talent development and employee engagement. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development across the organization.
Requirements:
Experience: Proven experience as an L&D Manager, Talent Manager, or similar HR role in manufacture industry. Training program design, delivery, engagement and completion rates. Experience in measuring improvement in employee performance metrics. Strategic mindset aligned with organizational goals.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
Skills: Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and talent management techniques. Budget management accuracy. Strong analytical skills for program evaluation.
Soft Skills: Excellent facilitation, communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Technology: Familiarity with LMS software, e-learning platforms, and data analysis tools. Talentics +2 Common Performance Metrics

This job requires extensive active movement throughout the plant including climbing stairs and steps, lifting devices, and pushing and pulling equipment.
