Description:

This role is primarily responsible for managing a talented team, execute Indirect Procurement (IP) Digital excellence roadmap, provide timely support for IP Process owners and stakeholders across the enterprise with application relation scenarios, deliver CPI’s and support deployment initiatives. 

Basic Requirements:

  • Supervisory and program management experience, with demonstrated ability to build trust, foster communication, set clear expectations and deadlines, conduct performance reviews, manage budgets, motivate, develop and empower teams to deliver quality solutions with velocity and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Expertise with Audit compliance and enable inbuilt governance processes as part of day-to-day development, support and Continuous process Initiatives.
  • Ability to operate and manage software product development projects at all stages of the product development lifecycle (typically, 8+ years of professional IT experience and 3+ years as a Project Management or related role using Agile methodology)
  • Proven experience managing a technical team while simultaneously managing multiple projects
  • Help customers with configuration, deployment, testing, communication, catalog support, master data collection, training, troubleshooting and hyper care-related activities
  • Experience managing projects using Agile software tools such as DevOps/VSTS.
  • Knowledge of software change request management process along with an ability to manage software product change requests with vendors
  • Excellent interpersonal skills are required to deal with sensitive issues, develop others, or influence others inside and outside the department to take specific actions.
  • Experience working with onshore/offshore team model
  • Experience with cloud-based ERP Deployments
  • Should have a great attitude to learn and implement new technologies
  • Should have strong project management skills, leadership skills, excellent communication skills, strong analytical and organizational skills. 

Top Candidate Will Also Have:

  • Experience using the NextGen (Powered by Coupa) or Guided Buy procurement platform is preferred
  • Knowledge of end-to-end Source-to-Pay business process
  • Preferred that the incumbent is familiar with basic procurement and quality principles, procedures, and techniques

Degree Requirement
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience desired
